Cisterli Loyalty Club

Points can be earned through various activities outlined in our loyalty program, check bellow.

Each activity corresponds to a specific number of points as detailed in the program guidelines.

Points will be credited to the customer's account upon the completion of each eligible activity. Shop and Earn points will be credited when order fulfilment is completed.

• Subscribe to our newsletter: 50 points
• Follow us on instagram: 50 points
• Brithdays Bliss: 1000 points
• Shop and Earn: 2 points for every dollar spent
• Product Review: 10 points per review of each product purchased
• Refer a Friend: 1000 for every successful referral

Accumulated points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases or for other rewards as specified in the loyalty program.

Customers can redeem their points during the checkout process on our website.

The value of points redeemed will be deducted from the total purchase amount.

Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another customer's account

Points earned through our loyalty program have a validity period of 6 months from the date of acquisition.

If points are not redeemed within this period, they will expire and be removed from the customer's account.

Participation in our loyalty program is open to all customers who create an account on our website and opt-in to the program.

Customers must be 18 years or older to join the program.

Cisterli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time, with or without notice to customers.

In the event of program termination, customers will be provided with reasonable notice and the opportunity to redeem any outstanding points in their accounts.

Any abuse or fraudulent activity related to the loyalty program, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to accumulate points, will result in the immediate termination of the customer's participation in the program.

Cisterli reserves the right to take legal action against individuals involved in fraudulent activities.

All data collected through the loyalty program will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Customer information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

No Membership Fee: Customers who enroll in the Cisterli Club incur no membership fee. It's entirely free to join and participate in the program.

Non-Monetary Value of Cisterli Point: Cisterli Points hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Crediting of Cisterli Points: Cisterli Points earned through purchases will be credited to a member's account after the fulfillment for the order has been successfully processed. This ensures that points are accurately reflected based on completed transactions.

Deduction of Points for Cancelled Orders: In the event that an approved order or item is cancelled, returned, or refunded, Cisterli reserves the right to deduct the corresponding points earned from the order. 

Ineligibility of Certain Fees and Payments: Shipping fees, reshipping charges, customs fees, taxes, and payments made in the form of cash coupons are ineligible for earning Cisterli points.
